I'm an Equine Assisted Therapist and Counsellor. I've worked in the community sector for over 16 years supporting children, teenagers, adults and families.

I'm passionate about working with people from all walks of life to help them discover their unique abilities and develop skills to improve their wellbeing. I work from a trauma-informed and strengths based perspective and believe that all individuals possess the potential for growth and change, particularly when supported in a safe and nurturing environment.

I work in a collaborative and flexible way, adapting sessions to suit each person's needs and goals. My approach incorporates body awareness, experiential and creative techniques, with a focus on supporting self-understanding, resilience and emotional wellbeing. My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), mindfulness and mind-body practices.

I've worked in animal sanctuaries in Australia, the USA and Spain and have witnessed the profound healing power of the human-animal connection.

I believe that through compassion and connection with other beings and the environment, we open up opportunities to understand ourselves more deeply, and connect to our true nature to heal and thrive.

I acknowledge and pay respect to the traditional owners of the land in which I am grateful to work and live, the Gubbi Gubbi Kabi Kabi people.

Little Land Equine Therapy welcomes you as you are regardless of your culture, religion, faith, ability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
